Chatified

Chatified is a multi-channel AI platform that enables businesses to deploy voice and messaging assistants across WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels. It’s designed for production use cases such as customer support, appointment handling, lead qualification, and CRM automation. The platform combines real-time voice AI, structured workflows, and backend integrations to deliver reliable, auditable conversations rather than experimental chatbots. It supports healthcare and enterprise environments where data control, uptime, and predictable behavior matter.

Role & scope: Founder and lead engineer. Designed the architecture, built the Rails backend, AI orchestration layer, integrations, billing, and operational tooling. Bootstrapped and operated as a production SaaS.
