MailMachine is an AI-assisted email processing tool that helps individuals and teams manage high-volume inboxes. It categorizes incoming emails, drafts suggested replies, summarizes long threads, and triggers actions based on rules and intent. The focus is on reducing inbox overload while keeping humans in control, using deterministic workflows rather than fully autonomous agents. It integrates with existing email providers and is designed to fit into real-world work habits.

Role & scope: Founder and developer. Built the product end-to-end, including email ingestion, AI pipelines, rule engine, UI, and deployment infrastructure.
